11 New Supreme Court Justices Sworn In By CJN

The Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, has sworn in 11 new Justices to the bench of the Supreme Court.

He said the occasion is a significant ceremony as the apex court had never had a full complement of justices, adding that they have been depleted due to retirement and deaths.

Some of the Justices are Obande Festus Ogbuinya, Stephen Jonah Adah, Habeeb Adewale O. Abiru, Jamilu Yammama Tukur, Abubakar Sadiq Umar, and Mohammed Baba Idris.
