Nigerian music star Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has confirmed his relationship with Natasha Osawaru, the Deputy Majority Leader of the Edo State House of Assembly. This confirmation follows widespread rumours about their romance, which gained further attention after 2Baba’s appearance at the House of Assembly on Monday during plenary.
While many speculated his presence was linked to the relationship, the singer addressed the rumours in a video post on his Instagram early Wednesday, admitting his affection for Osawaru. “Yes, I love her. I want to marry her,” 2Baba stated, adding that he believed everyone would be “alright.”

He also defended Osawaru, who has been labelled a “home breaker” by some, stating she is a “young, brilliant and amazing woman.” 2Baba clarified that his relationship with Osawaru was not the cause of the marital strain between him and his wife, Annie Macaulay.
