Troops of Operation Hadin Kai have successfully carried out an ambush on suspected Boko Haram Terrorists Crossing Point along Kuka in Konduga LGA of Borno State.
Army spokesman, Brig General Onyema Nwachukwu, says the troops laid in wait for the marauding terrorists, before engaging them in a fierce fight.
The army spokesman says two of the terrorists were neutralised, while others fled in disarray.

Brig. General Nwachukwu says the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja, is pleased with the high level of alertness and fighting spirit shown by the troops.
The Chief of Army Staff urged them to sustain the momentum and ensure that remnants of terrorists and bandits in their areas of responsibility are completely cleared.
