The Lagos State House of Assembly has spoken about its refusal to confirm 17 commissioner nominees recommended by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
Honourable Mudashiru Obasa, Speaker of the Assembly, insists that there is no fight between the house and the governor.Â
Though the Speaker said anyone who wishes to know the reason for their decision should approach the house, he concluded by stating that the assembly will not be forced to spill its observations, and it reserves the right to expose the report of the screening.
