The Labour Party has rejected the Presidential Election Petition Court Judgement against its presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi.
The Party, through its National Publicity Secretary, Mr. Obiora Ifoh, insists that justice was not served.
In its preliminary ruling, the court held that Mr. Obi and the Labour Party did not, by way of credible evidence, establish their allegation that the February Presidential election was characterised by manifest corrupt practices.

The court also dismissed the allegation that President Bola Tinubu was convicted on a drug trafficking related charge in the United States of America.
The court held that evidence before it established that the $460,000 fine that was imposed on Tinubu in the US was a civil matter.
