Sanwo-Olu Congratulates Tinubu On Victory At Tribunal

Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu has congratulated President Bola Tinubu on his victory at the Presidential Election Petition Court.

In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Governor Sanwo-Olu, said Nigerians had spoken through the ballot and the court has validated their decision by its ruling.

He said after over eight million Nigerians voted to elect Bola Tinubu as the President, he had expected other Presidential Candidates to display what he called, a good spirit of sportsmanship by congratulating the winner instead of choosing to contest the election results, a decision he says, is within their rights. 

The governor added that now the election and the results have been upheld by the Court, he hopes the other candidates will do the needful.
