‘Produce All Relevant And Non-Privileged Documents’, US Court Orders Chicago University In Atiku-Tinubu Case

The United States District Court in Northern Illinois, has ordered the Chicago State University (CSU) to release the academic records of President Bola Tinubu to the 2023 Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar.

U.S Judge, Nancy Maldonado, adopted the ruling of the initial judgement which had ordered the immediate release of the President’s academic records.

President Tinubu had filed an objection to the initial judgement by Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Gilbert, arguing that releasing the documents would cause him severe harm.
