Appeal Court Ruling CTC Common Error Says Felix Morka

Felix Morka, the National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, in a televised interview today says the controversial certified true copy of the Appeal Court judgement on Kano governorship election is a common error.

Recall that the appellate court sitting in Abuja had reaffirmed the sacking of the state Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) by the governorship elections petitions tribunal in Kano.

But the concluding paragraphs on Page 67 of the CTC of the Appeal Court ruling set aside the tribunal court judgement, which had earlier sacked the governor.
