In a coordinated operation, the Nigerian Air Force has successfully carried out airstrikes targeting multiple Boko Haram strongholds across Borno State, resulting in significant militant casualties.
One key site targeted in the operation was Bula Marwa, identified as a meeting hub for high-ranking terrorist leaders. According to Air Commodore Olusola Akinboyewa, the Air Force Spokesperson, intelligence and reconnaissance missions had pinpointed increased activity in the area, noting an influx of motorcycles and large gatherings of armed fighters.
Following these observations, fighter jets were swiftly deployed, striking the location with precision and reportedly eliminating numerous insurgents.
