Back to the arraignment of minors arrested during the EndBadGovernance Protests,
The lawmaker representing Borno South Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Ali Ndume, has called for compensation for the minors who were arrested over their alleged participation in August’s EndBadGovernance protests.
According to Senator Ndume, the rights of the minors were violated when they were detained for 90 days before being arraigned.
Speaking on a programme monitored by Radio Now’s Newsdesk, the senator said the minors, who should not have been arrested in the first place, have been wronged.
