Nigerian model Samuel Nwajagu has become the first African to win the prestigious Mister International pageant, marking a historic moment for the continent.
The 16th edition of the competition took place on Saturday, 14 December 2024, in Bangkok, Thailand, with contestants from 47 countries vying for the title.

Nwajagu, crowned Mister International Nigeria earlier in July, represented his country on the global stage. He triumphed in a closely contested final alongside Vietnam’s Nguyễn Mạnh Lân and Indonesia’s Glenn Victor Sutanto, who were named as runners-up.
