Fuji musician, KWAM 1 loses ex-wife, mother within days

Alhaja Halima Anifowoshe, mother of celebrated Fuji musician King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall, widely known as KWAM 1 or K1 De Ultimate, has passed away at the age of 105.

The legendary artist shared the news of her passing on his social media platforms, expressing deep sorrow over the loss. Her death comes just days after the musician’s ex-wife, Alhaja Hafsat Ajoke Anifowoshe, succumbed to an undisclosed illness last Tuesday.

In accordance with Islamic traditions, Alhaja Hafsat was laid to rest at Abari Cemetery in Lagos shortly after her passing.
