Dangote Peugeot Automobile Nigeria has increased its production capacity to 44,000 vehicles per year, following the adoption of advanced manufacturing technology at its assembly plant.
The facility, which now produces up to 120 vehicles daily, is expected to strengthen Nigeria’s automotive industry and reduce dependence on imports.

Addressing delegates at the 46th Kaduna International Trade Fair, Senior Advisor to the President of Dangote Group, Mrs Fatima Wali Abdurrahman, said the company’s digital transformation was reshaping its operations, particularly in cement production.
Among the models now assembled locally are the Landtrek pickup, 3008, 5008, and 508 GT.
