The Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Policy Communication, Daniel Bwala, has urged former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar to come to terms with what he described as the realities of political fate, suggesting that the presidency might not lie in the former vice-president’s path.

Speaking in an interview monitored by *Radio Now*, Mr Bwala – who once served as Atiku’s campaign spokesman – remarked that it was time for his former principal to shift focus from electoral ambitions to national collaboration.
He called on Mr Abubakar to consider working with President Tinubu’s administration in what he termed a more pragmatic contribution to nation-building. According to Mr Bwala, political legacy could still be achieved through partnership, ‘even if realised through another person.’
