The United States has imposed sanctions on members of the Palestinian Authority and the Palestine Liberation Organization, accusing them of supporting terrorism and undermining peace efforts.
The Trump administration says it will deny visas to officials of both groups, citing violations of international agreements, including efforts to prosecute Israel at the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice.

The US State Department also criticised the Palestinian leadership for what it called the glorification of violence, including payments to convicted attackers and inflammatory content in school textbooks.
The move comes as several Western nations, including the UK and Canada, plan to recognise Palestinian statehood at the UN General Assembly in September—an effort Trump has rejected as rewarding extremism.
