The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission will on Friday arraign 23 suspected internet fraudsters before the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos.
The accused are part of 93 individuals arrested on Sunday at a hotel near the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Officials said the group had gathered for a pool party allegedly celebrating their fraudulent activities.

The EFCC said the event, initially planned at two separate venues, was moved to the OOPL hotel in a bid to avoid detection. Operatives, acting on intelligence, made the arrests.
Spokesman Dele Oyewale stressed the library itself was not a target. The suspects, indicted for offences including impersonation and identity theft, have reportedly confessed.
The remaining suspects will face court in subsequent proceedings before Justice Deinde Dipeolu.
