Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle has urged FIFA to resolve the case of South Africa’s use of an ineligible player in World Cup qualifiers. Midfielder Teboho Mokoena played against Lesotho in March despite being suspended, leaving Bafana Bafana at risk of losing points.

Speaking ahead of Nigeria’s qualifier in Bloemfontein, Chelle said his focus remains on preparing the team but stressed the issue was for FIFA to decide.
