Nollywood actress Bose Akinola is celebrating a rare double blessing as she marks her birthday alongside the arrival of her grandchild. The Yoruba star described the baby’s birth as the most cherished gift she could receive, after what she called months of prayers and anticipation.
Mrs. Akinola reflected on her daughter’s labour and the joy of safe delivery, saying the experience has deepened her sense of gratitude. She expressed delight at welcoming the child into the family, calling the newborn a miracle and a reminder of love renewed.

Fans and colleagues have since flooded her social media with congratulatory messages, many hailing her as Grandma of the Year. Akinola, who is known for her work in films such as ‘Idunnu Okan’ and ‘Loogun Ofe’, joins other Nollywood figures, including Omoni Oboli and Iyabo Ojo, who recently embraced grandparenthood.
