Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has received the Russian Chapter of the BRICS Women’s Business Alliance at the State House in Abuja. The delegation, led by Chairperson Anna Nesterova, included senior executives and academics who outlined plans to partner with Nigeria in areas ranging from pharmaceuticals and AI-driven healthcare to film co-production and financial literacy.
Mrs Tinubu welcomed the team, emphasising that while her Renewed Hope Initiative continues to support humanitarian projects, ministries and government agencies remain the key drivers of economic policy and entrepreneurship programmes. She said her office would provide advocacy and encouragement to complement official efforts.
