Popular Nollywood actress Sunshine Rosman has revealed she abstains from alcohol, cigarettes, and illicit substances, relying instead on what she calls a “natural highness.” Speaking on the *Open Up* podcast, Rosman explained that her energy and enthusiasm, even at parties, stem from within and not external stimulants.
She recounted moments on film sets, including a cast party in Enugu, where she outshone others in energy while consuming nothing. Rosman said her choice allows her to remain focused, fulfilled, and productive, rejecting the need for substances to enhance enjoyment or creativity.
