Lagos is set to host Africa’s first Sustainable Recycling Festival with the inaugural Artistic Pulse Festival, APF, from December 3 to 7, 2025, at the historic Remembrance Arcade, Tafawa Balewa Square.
Organisers say the five-day event will fuse creativity, culture, innovation, and commerce under the theme ‘Footprints of Interconnectivity Growth and Expansion’.
The festival will integrate six pillars of Africa’s creative industries—Music, Fashion, Film, Food, Art, and Technology—while promoting sustainability. Highlights include the Pan-African Eleventh Annual Music Fashion Runway on December 6, and a performance by American Idol winner Jordin Sparks. The Game Changer Africa Awards and Golden Break Through Auditions will recognise trailblazers and emerging talent.

Coca-Cola Nigeria and RecyclePoints will oversee plastic recycling across the venue. The festival will be livestreamed globally, presenting a model for eco-conscious cultural celebrations while supporting SMEs and Africa’s creative economy.
