Nigeria has reiterated that it remains committed to a non-aligned foreign policy, insisting that it will not be drawn into geopolitical bloc alignments even as global power tensions mount.
This was reiterated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Tuggar, in a statement issued on Sunday through Alkasim Abdulkadir, his special assistant on media and communications strategy.
He says this stance ensures Nigeria’s diplomatic flexibility and protects national interests, allowing the country to engage with all partners on the basis of mutual respect and benefit.
