President Bola Tinubu is scheduled to present the 2026 Appropriation Bill to a joint session of the National Assembly this Friday, officials said. The presentation sets out government spending plans and revenue projections for the coming year. 
The budget is expected to cover key sectors including infrastructure, security, education, and health. 
Lawmakers will review the proposals and may make amendments before passing the appropriation.
