The Kremlin has said recent changes made by European nations and Ukraine to a United States-led peace proposal do not improve prospects for ending the war in Ukraine, a senior Russian official said.
Kremlin foreign policy aide Yuri Ushakov told reporters that adjustments by Europeans and Kyiv did not make the draft peace plan more viable.

The comments follow negotiations between U.S. envoys and European and Ukrainian representatives in Florida. Russia’s stance raises concerns about the path to a negotiated end to the nearly four-year conflict. International analysts say diplomatic efforts continue amid cautious reactions.
