The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has set a deadline for capital market operators to renew their licences.
Capital Market Operators are required to complete the annual registration renewal between January 1 and January 31, 2026, as part of regulatory requirements.
The SEC said the move is aimed at strengthening oversight, boosting investor confidence, and ensuring only fit and proper entities operate in the market.
