Forbes Declares Beyoncé A Billionaire

American singer Beyoncé has been declared a billionaire by Forbes magazine, becoming only the fifth musician to reach the milestone, according to the publication’s latest assessment of the world’s wealthiest entertainers.

The 44-year-old joins a select group that includes her husband, rapper Jay-Z, as well as Taylor Swift, Bruce Springsteen and Rihanna, following several years of strong earnings from music and touring.

Forbes said Beyoncé’s wealth was boosted by the success of her 2023 Renaissance World Tour, which grossed nearly 600 million dollars, her Grammy-winning 2024 country album Cowboy Carter, and what it described as the world’s highest-grossing tour of 2025.

The magazine estimated that Beyoncé earned 148 million dollars before tax in 2025, making her the third highest-paid musician globally, adding that while she has multiple business ventures, most of her wealth comes from her music, global tours and ownership of her back catalogue.
