Former Kaduna State governor Nasir El-Rufai said he fears he could be arrested by federal authorities soon. El-Rufai made the comments in an interview where he said four individuals who worked with him have already been taken into custody.
Speaking via a broadcast interview on BBC Hausa, he expressed concern that political pressures are mounting against opposition figures and cited the ongoing detention of other political figures as part of a trend he believes may target him.
