The naira has strengthened to 1,355 to the dollar at the official foreign exchange market, its highest level in four weeks.
Figures from the Central Bank of Nigeria show the currency improved from 1,363.5 to the dollar recorded on Friday, continuing a steady appreciation trend.
Trading on Monday ranged between 1,365.35 and 1,354 to the dollar, indicating relatively stable activity during the session.

The central bank says rising external reserves, which stood at 50.45 billion dollars in February, alongside ongoing monetary reforms, are supporting confidence and liquidity in the market.
