Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, has approved a new allowance for civil servants in response to rising fuel prices. The decision is aimed at cushioning the impact of increased transportation and living costs on workers across the state.
Makinde noted that rising fuel costs have affected the disposable income of workers and require targeted intervention. He reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to worker welfare.
