Nollywood star Funke Akindele has opened up about her struggles with managing people and maintaining relationships in the film industry. The actress spoke candidly after a public spat with colleague Toyin Abraham, reflecting on how her personality and high standards have shaped her interactions on and off set.
Akindele admitted she can be tough and sometimes troublesome, but said she is learning to balance leadership with empathy. She described lessons in patience and self-control, noting that mental health and personal growth remain her top priorities as she navigates a high-pressure career.
The actress also shared her views on appearance and wellness, expressing support for safe cosmetic enhancements like Brazilian Butt Lift procedures, while urging caution and moderation to protect health. She said she appreciates beauty and self-expression but emphasises responsibility and balance.
