Rapper Ice Prince Reveals New Lifestyle Routine, Cuts Out Alcohol And Bread

Nigerian rapper Ice Prince has shared details of his current routine, describing it as a testimony of grace. In a post on his Instagram page, the rap star listed several foods and habits he has cut off as part of a lifestyle change. He wrote that he now avoids sugar, alcohol, wine, energy drinks, soda, noodles or pasta, bread, and has quit smoking. He also listed celibacy as part of his new routine.

The rapper, whose real name is Panshak Zamani, said his daily routine includes morning and evening walks, daily workouts, and drinking water, homemade smoothies or coconut water. He also consumes ginger tea, green tea or black coffee. He practices OMAD, which means one meal a day, four times a week and TWOMAD, two meals a day, three times a week. His diet consists of 50 percent protein, 30 percent vegetables and 20 percent carbohydrates. He goes to bed at 10 pm and gets six to seven hours of sleep.

The Oleku hitmaker also said he reads for one hour daily and chews gum as part of his routine. He added that he has never tried or had interest in trying any drug, substance or supplement ever in his whole life. He announced that his new album would be released soon. In March, Ice Prince had opened up about how quitting smoking and other unhealthy habits transformed his life.

Last year, the rapper also spoke about his struggles with cannabis use, saying he wished he had never learned how to roll it. He said one of the worst things he wishes he could unlearn is how to roll cannabis, because if he had never learned that, he probably would not have smoked.
