Isabel Idibia, the daughter of singer 2Baba and actress Annie Macaulay, has made her acting debut in IK Ogbonna’s film titled ‘The Seed Of The Ghetto’, released on May 1, 2026. Her mother shared behind-the-scenes footage on Instagram, praising her performance and expressing pride in her achievement.
Annie Macaulay described her 17-year-old daughter’s role as a breakthrough moment, saying she had watched her grow, struggle with self-doubt, and eventually excel in the production. She also thanked IK Ogbonna for giving Isabel the opportunity and encouraged fans to watch the film.
In her post, Annie said Isabel “brought every scene to life” and described the experience as the beginning of her acting journey. She added that she was excited for her daughter’s future in the entertainment industry.

Isabel is the first child of Annie and 2Baba, who separated in January 2025 after 13 years of marriage. 2Baba later confirmed a new relationship with Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru, whom he married in July 2025.
