Veteran actress, Ethel Ekpe, is dead.
The late actress, who played the role of ‘Segi’ in the defunct sitcom on Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) by Ken Saro Wiwa titled ‘Basi and Company’, died in Lagos State.

According to the Director-General of the National Film and Video Censors Board, Shaibu Husseini, the actress reportedly died of cancer on Wednesday.
The actress was also known for Amaka Igwe’s ‘Forever’ and most recently ‘Sons of the Caliphate.’
