Agozi Samuel, a Nigerian social media user, who accused comedian Ayo Makun of an affair with May Edochie, has tendered a public apology to him.
Mr. Samuel, in a clip shared on his Facebook page, alleged that AY’s affair with May led to the dissolution of her marriage to Yul Edochie.
Reacting to the allegation, AY filed a petition against Samuel over the defamatory statements, which he claimed had hurt his reputation.

Samuel has since made a u-turn, and in a trending video on social media, he has tendered a public apology to the comedian for defaming his character.
Samuel blamed his actions on the economy, stating that he did it for clicks and to make ends meet for himself.
