Amotekun Corps Pledges Tight Security Ahead of Festive Season

The Ogun State Security Network Agency, popularly known as the Amotekun Corps, has announced enhanced strategies to ensure public safety during and after the festive period.  

Speaking at a weekend show-of-force parade in Abeokuta, the Corps Commander, Mr. Alade Adedigba, reassured residents of the agency’s preparedness to maintain law and order.

In a briefing to journalists, Mr. Adedigba emphasised the agency’s zero-tolerance stance towards criminal activity, noting that the holiday season often attracts large crowds and potential security challenges.  

The Corps Commander urged residents to cooperate with security personnel and remain vigilant, reiterating the agency’s commitment to safeguarding lives and property.
