APC Senator Jimoh Ibrahim Says Ondo APC Governorship Primary Mega Fraud

The Chairman, Senate Committee on Inter-Parliamentary Affairs, Senator Jimoh Ibrahim, has described the All Progressives Congress, APC, Saturday 20th April governorship primary election as a Mega fraud.

Speaking to the press in Abuja, Senator Ibrahim, who was one of the gubernatorial aspirants in Ondo State, alleges that there was no election as he could not vote for himself due to the unavailability of voting materials.

The Senator, who purportedly came fourth in the election, alleges that the primary election conducted by Governor Usman Ododo of Kogi State and Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, was the biggest electoral fraud in Nigeria and must not be allowed to stand in the interest of internal party democracy.

He has approached the High Court, seeking the delisting of the APC from participating in the general election which is billed to hold in November this year.

Speaking further to the press, he added that the alleged acts of electoral fraud are well captured ward by ward and local government by local government, in the reports obtained from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), which, he says, clearly shows that election did not hold in 159 out of 203 wards and 15 out of 18 local government councils in the State.
