The Arewa Consultative Forum, ACF, has denounced the military bombing of Silame community in Sokoto State, which claimed ten lives and left many injured on Christmas Day.
In a statement issued on Monday, ACF’s National Publicity Secretary, Professor Tukur Muhammad-Baba, who described the incident as ‘one mistake too many,’ called for a thorough investigation and equal compensation for the victims.
The Forum voiced concern over the military’s justification of the attack, following a spokesman’s claim it targeted a planned objective.
