The Senator representing Borno South, Ali Ndume, says terrorists used tricycles to deliver explosive devices during recent attacks in Borno State. He disclosed this while reacting to the incidents that resulted in casualties and destruction.
Ndume said the attackers exploited local transport systems to move undetected and carry out coordinated strikes. He described the development as a worrying shift in tactics by insurgent groups.
The senator called for enhanced security measures, including stricter monitoring of movements in affected areas. He urged security agencies to adapt their strategies to counter evolving threats.
