More than 7,000 victims of the recent flooding in Limanti Ward of Maiduguri Metropolitan Council, are being put through a verification process by the Borno Flood Relief Distribution Committee which began on Saturday.
Making the announcement at the Abubakar Ibn Garbai Elkanemi Primary School, the Chairperson of the Committee, Baba-Bukar Gujibawu, said this second phase of the verification process will be carried out in a fair and transparent manner, and no legitimate victim would be overlooked.

This second phase follows the earlier assessment and distribution launch conducted in Gwange 1 Ward, which was personally inaugurated by Governor Babagana Zulum.
