Chelsea FC are reportedly intensifying efforts to sign Nigerian youngsters Abduljelil Kamaldeen and Tahir Maigana, both of Kwara Football Academy, who are currently representing the Flying Eagles at the FIFA U20 World Cup in Chile.
Sources close to the Nigeria U20 camp suggest that the Premier League side has entered advanced discussions through its academy network, offering scholarship packages that include welfare and educational support. Kamaldeen’s standout performances have also attracted interest from West Ham, Anderlecht, and Royal Antwerp.
