Super Falcons forward Chioma Okafor has confirmed plans to turn professional following Nigeria’s WAFCON 2024 victory.
The 22-year-old, born to a Nigerian father and Malawian mother, chose to represent Nigeria despite overtures from Malawi. Though she didn’t feature during the tournament in Morocco, she was part of the title-winning squad and says lifting the trophy in Rabat erased any doubts about her allegiance.
