Nigerian comedian Sabinus has revealed that his father once regretted paying for his education after discovering he had become a skit maker.
He said his father had hoped he would pursue Law, but Sabinus turned to comedy while studying Linguistics and Communication at the University of Port Harcourt.
He recalled hiding his comedy work for a time, but when his face began appearing on promotional posters after graduation, his father reacted angrily, calling it a “stupid business.”
