The House of Assembly and the Speaker, Honourable Edison Ehie, had approached the court seeking, amongst other prayers, an ex parte order preventing Honourables Amaewhule and Maol, who are the first and second respondents in the suit, from forcefully gaining access into the Assembly complex.
