Edo election: Anugbum Onuoha tells political parties to come forward with incriminating evidence

Following several allegations and accusations against him, the Resident Electoral Commissioner in Edo state, Anugbum Onuoha has called on political parties in Edo State, to come forward with incriminating evidence against his competence.

Mr. Onuoha who said he is competent enough to conduct a free and fair election in Edo State, urged political parties to disregard allegations of likely favouritism peddled against him.

Recall that the Edo PDP chairman, Tony Aziegbemi, had asked the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to redeploy Onuoha over ties with the FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, who had admitted Mr. Onuoha is his cousin.
