A United Arab Emirates’ flag carrier, Emirates, landed at the Murtala Muhammad International Airport in Lagos on Tuesday.
The arrival of the flight comes two years after the suspension of operations by the airline over several issues including unresolved trapped funds belonging to the airline.
The Emirates flight EK 783, a Boeing 777-300ER, touched down at the old terminal of the MMIA at exactly 3:32 pm.

Disembarking passengers reported that the flight had a substantial number of empty seats. The Boeing 777-300ER, Extended range, has a capacity of 392 passengers.
