Tim Iroegbunam, England’s U20 international of Nigerian descent, says he is looking forward to reuniting with his former Aston Villa teammate, Ashley Young, at Everton and he’s hoping the experienced fullback will mentor him at the club.
The young midfielder became Everton’s first signing of the summer transfer window in a three-year deal which runs to June in 2027.
Ashley Young joined Everton on a season-long deal last summer following his release by Aston Villa and recently extended his contract with the Merseyside club.

The 20-year old Iroegbunam played with Young in three games during his time with Aston Villa, against Bolton Wanderers in the Carabao Cup, Brighton & Hove and Leicester City in the Premier League.
