The Federal Government has launched a revised National Migration Policy for 2025 in Abuja. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, represented by the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, Dr. Bernard Doro, said the update aims to strengthen governance, enhance security, and improve management of migration flows across the country.
The policy was formally presented and validated by government representatives and stakeholders. It sets a framework for managing the movement of people, addressing irregular migration, and aligning national priorities with international standards.
