Former Lagos governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Abdul-Azeez Adediran, popularly known as Jandor, has defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Jandor announced his decision at a press conference in Lagos on Monday, about two weeks after leaving the PDP. He attributed his departure to what he described as anti-party activities by some PDP leaders in Lagos State.

Jandor claimed that despite waiting two years for the PDP’s national leadership to address the issue, the individual involved was instead appointed as Vice Chairman of the party’s Disciplinary Committee.
His return to the APC marks a significant political shift ahead of upcoming elections in Lagos State.
