The Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ola Olukoyede, has called on accountants across the nation to uphold the ethics of the accounting profession and also comply with Nigeria’s financial regulations.
This is because, “fraud within the public sector is almost impossible without the involvement of accountants”.

He urged ANAN to take a firm stance against unethical practices by revoking the licences of members found guilty of fraud in the interest of the country.
