Fuel Subsidy Hasn’t Returned, Says Mele Kyari

Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Mele Kyari, says fuel subsidies have not been reinstated.

His comments are in opposition to oil marketers who say that the federal government has restored the subsidy for premium motor spirit (PMS), also known as petrol.
